How to Electronically Sign a Separate COVID-19 Waiver for each family member

A separate COVID-19 Waiver must be signed for or by each person in your family who is registered with the WTC in your account. Until a members's COVID-19 Waiver is signed for or by each family member, that person can not particpate in any club programs, or book a court, or be booked onto a court by anyone else.  We recommend that the primary WTC account holder ensures that each family member, including themself, has a signed waiver as soon as possible after completeing registration. 

Follow these instructions to electronically ensure that each family member has an electronically signed COVID-19 Waiver.

If you are the only person in your family who is joining the club:

  • Complete your payment for your membership fee
  • When you receive the "payment is complete" message, Click the "return to home page" button at the bottom of the page
  • You will be presented with your COVID-19 waiver
  • Read the waiver, click the check box at the bottom and fill in your name and accept the waiver. 

If you have also registered one or more children, you will also have to electronically sign a COVID-19 waiver for each child

  • From your member home page, you will see a button near the top of the screen for each child.  The button will say "log into NAME's account", where NAME is the child's name
  • Click on the "log into NAME account" button 
  • You will be presented with the waiver for that child
  • Click the check box at the bottom and fill in YOUR NAME as you are the one accepting the waiver on behalf of your child. 
  • Repeat for each child. 
  • Note that when booking a court in your child's name, you also start by logging into your account and then clicking the "log into NAME's account" button. 

If you have also registered one or more adult family members, each adult family member must electronically sign a separate COVID waiver.

  • Have each adult family member log into the family's account.  They can use their own email account and password if one has been set up for them, or they can use the information for the primary account holder. 
  • If they are using their own email address and password, they will immediately be presented with the COVID-19 waiver.  They read the waiver, check the box at the bottom, and fill in their own name.
  • If they are logging into the family account using the email address and password of the primary account holder, they will see a button near the top of the screen that says "log into NAME's account", where NAME is the adult's name.  Click on that button, and they will immediately be presented with their COVID-19 waiver.  They read the waiver, check the box at the bottom and fill in their own name.
