COVID-19

Before joining the club or participating in any club program, all registrants must familiarize themselves with the following information.

COVID-19 Waiver

In addition to existing waivers, each member of your family who is a member of the club or is particpating in club programs must have an electronically signed COVID-19 waiver.  Click here to review the text of the 2021 COVID-19 waiver.  You will electronically sign the COVID-19 waiver after you have paid your membership fee. 

A separate COVID-19 waiver must be electronically signed for each member of your family who is a member of the club or is participating in club programs.  Click here for instructions on how to electronically sign separate COVID waivers.

COVID-19 Club Rules

Every club member and participant in club programs must familiarize themselves with and adhere to the WTC COVID-19 Rules.  Failure to adhere to the rules may result in termination of memberhip and/or program priveleges without any refund of fees.  Click here to review the WTC COVID-19 Rules for 2021.
